No, you misunderstand. The title of this thread is "What Beers are You Enjoying."
The "What Swill Are You Drinking?" thread can be found elsewhere.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Earlier my friend (who enjoys mild cigars) gave me one of his Jewel Sweets. I'm drinking a 90 minute to get this vile taste out of my mouth.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
The guy who, aside from my wife, is my favorite person on Planet Earth came over for dinner tonight. We've been friends since our junior year in college, and were born one day apart. We get together far too infrequently. He is mostly a wine nerd, but appreciates good beer as well. Tonight we had St. Bernardus Abt 12, Surly Furious, Deschutes Black Butte Porter, and Founders Nemesis 2009. I had some GI BCBCS on deck too, but discretion led us to set this aside for another night. We paired the beers with burgers, brats, and all the fixin's. Good times. :-)

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I love it. Rumor has it that they will be adding it to a regular brew rotation. They (Schlafly) are having a event here in a few weeks where they will e tapping a couple of reserved casks of it, so I am far from eing TOTALLY out.

Paulaner Octoberfest Marzen. LOVE this stuff. But it carries lots of memories as well. I used to drink it back when I was 19-20. Then took an 8 year hiatus from it for some odd reason.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Drinking a Brau Brother's Sheep Head Ale. It's very meh. Sort of a mixture of IPA and English Bitter, with a metallic note on the finish. I bought it in a mixed 6 so I only have one, but I won't buy more.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Brau brothers? That's a pretty small outfit. I still need to give them a try. I love drinking local brews. James page and lake superior brewing are two favorites right now. I bought a four pack of boddington's after work today. Not gonna buy it again.

Brau Brothers Lucan, MN Population 220 Yep, small outfit. Lucan is roughly an hour west of Mankato.
