Penzance (thanks Neil), Abingdon, and Blue Mountain yesterday.

I've realized how much I love Balkans and Orientals.

Trout Stream and Stokkebye's Peaches & Cream. Both in big cobs.

I like those alligator Sav's Bill. I'm considering picking one up.

Mark, how did Samovar treat you?

Edit: forgot to add my smoke. I picked up a 2nd tin of 3 Oaks Syrian so I could open one up to try. I really enjoyed it, similar to Samovar but a bit sharper (right from the tin). I can't get enough of that musty earthy taste.

Still a good stand by. It has moved away from a daily however now that I have found Trout Stream!

I do notice that the alligator is a bit open in sucking smoke. It is like the passage is too big. I think they intended you to use that balsa wood filter thingy.

I have 2 Sav's that feel the same. Can't say I have any inclination to use those filters, I just sip slow on those two.

Guess there is always an exception to every rule Bill.

Cracked a tin of Wilderness last night. I'm working through several McClelland blends currently. Same great taste and smell of Samovar and 3 Oaks but definitely sharper and spicier at first. Today I'll try either Smyrna #1 or Legends.

GL Pease Union Square in a cob. This is my third bowl from the tin and still not sure what to think of this straight virginia. Lots of nicotine for a straigh VA. No tongue bite. Not much hay or sweetness. I'll have to keep plugging away
