I had a little of leftovers from this weekends roasting that I threw together in a blend. It came out very Nice. Creamy with a little acidic twang and some nice mild spice & nuttyness.
50% Papua New Guinea AA Kimel (City+) 30% Sumatra Grade1 Mandheling (City+) 20% Papua New Guinea AA Kimel (City) |

Another very nice blend this morning.
50% El Salvador Finca La Florida, French 50% Ethiopia Wet-Process Guji Oromo City Very tasty. Sorry my tasting note discriptions are not up to par, but I enjoyed this one very much. |

El Salvador Siberia Estate Bourbon, roasted 48 hours ago to FC, drip, splash. Very nice.
Mexican Organic Terruno Nayarita Natural Peaberry, roasted 24 hours ago to FC, drip, splah. sweet, smooth, good mouthfeel, a winner.

Roasted some beans yesterday, so i am drinkin Indian Malabar today.
When i order 20.00 or more from Marltoncoffee he sends a 1/2 lb. free of Malabar. Its very good to boot. |

another blend of:
El Salvador Finca La Florida (Full City) Ethiopian Guji Oromo (City+) This one has great Sourdough Toast notes with a bit of citrus twang. Very nice. |

I use a Moccamaster Technivorm machine. French Press to me is a pain and the coffee is not hot enough. But husband Matthew loves it.
