I like pumpkin beers, just depends though I'd prefer more spices and less pumpkin that's for sure.

Had my first Left Hand Milk Stout tonight. Wow, what a great beer! Anyone here try the Nitro version? Better/worse?

I prefer the Nitro over the CO2. I have a good friend who is the exact opposite. Both are great beers though.

Grabbed some New Holland Dragon's Milk Stout for dinner tomorrow. 11%, should be a good night.

Been drinking some Anchor California Lager of late. Pretty tasty for a lager...plenty of hops & a nice finish.

Of course, looking forward to the Octoberfest season which starts up in August.
Picked up a 6 pack of Wienstephaner the other day. Free State has a fair Octoberfest & they are Kansas brewer so will get it pretty fresh here. Shiner does a damn fine job with theirs, but haven't seen it in Kansas yet.

Too bad Magic Hat didn't offer one in my area last year as they had IMHO a great Hex Ourtoberfest the previous year. I personally kept my favorite liquor store moving several cases for the cause.

Good to "See" you, Alan.

Raspberry Truffle Abduction Imperial Stout by Pipeworks Brewing Company today. It was OK, though not one of my favorites from Pipeworks, who make some pretty nice stouts.
