Picked-up a 6pk of Bear Republic "Racer 5" IPA today on a recommend by Doug (buddhadaddy)... Good stuff

You can see the yeast in the bottom of the bottle. That's key for me. Good yeast flavor on the finish, chewy in some respects, and has the great taste of a good bottled homebrew IPA.

Finally a nice day out so i kicked back on the patio with a cigar and a bomber of Stone Brewing Matt's Burning Rosids imperial cherrywood smoked saison. It was about the time I stood up that I realized: A. I had not eaten anything since breakfast and B. this rings in at a hefty 10.5% abv

A friend gave me a 6 pack of Heady Topper. It's as good as the hype. Most lovely IPA I have tasted.

No way! You had a beer from Oak Creek Brewing co? Lol, I used to work a block from there. Decent beer, though they used to be terrible back in the day.

Way We were over in Sedona the week of April 6th for a few days, but only could find the Nut Brown Ale at a convenience store next to the King's Ransom where we were staying. Will have to see if I can locate some of there other brew's next time we're in Sedona.

I went on a road trip from San Diego to Seattle and hit up a bunch of breweries along the way. My favorite brewery was Russian River, and the beer flight was delicious. I'm insanely jealous of the CA brothers, you have so many good breweries in your state.

DAT BEER....looks amazing

With my milder cigars I'm loving the hoppy taste of Lagunitas IPA. Really good brew.
