From the freezer, Ethiopia Idido Misty Valley. Roasted 2 days ago to city+, drip, splash. I was excited, the aroma was good, hints of the bluberry I love. Sadly, the cup was lacking, faint blueberry as the cup cooled.

2nd pot, El Salvador Santa Josefita, roasted 2 days ago to FC, drip, splash. Very good, different, smooth, kinda fruity.

These are in my rotation now, when these are done i will roast the 6 other kinds i havnt tried yet. I keep them in old air tite pretzel jugs, yeah nice jugs, lol. |
