Yup, and 0 INT, 1st among starting QBs and 8 TDs 7th. keep picking him apart.
I don't mind you hating, but come up with something new. My whole point is that everything you said applied to Sanchez and the Jets LAST YEAR. I mean last week he threw what 29 passes in the first half? Your going to hold it against him for going to the checkdown instead of throwing it into traffic like most 2nd year QBs? You can hate all you want but come up with something new, enough with regurgitating the same crap every nervous Giants fan has said since this time last year. |

Leave my Giants out of this. Quick story: Guy finds a genie. Genie says, I will grant one wish, any wish you want. Guys thinks about it and says, I want to live forever. Genie says sorry, that is the one wish I cannot grant you. Guy then says he wants to live until the Jets win another Super Bowl. Actually intended to be for the Browns but I guess also applies here. Disclaimer: I am not a Jet's hater at all. I am a NY fan and have been for 44 years. I am however a realist.

2. You can't be a Jets fan and NOT have thick skin, I've been dealing with the hate all of my life. . . It ain't easy being green. All that I'm saying is make a point, as jaded as you are toward the Jets you HAVE to admit that they have a good team and for a second year QB that only started one season in college, Sanchez is playing pretty good. I love seeing the haters getting more and more belligerent with every Jets win! |

That's how I am about the Vikes. They have all the pieces these last couple years, except for the head coach. Have NEVER liked him, and think that Frazier would be a better head coach. |

Re: J! E! T! S! Jets! Jets! Jets!
Wow. Yet another example of how absolutely horrible Sanchez is, regardless of what the threads resident homer Joe might think.
when Pennington was the Jets Qb, everybody in the league knew what a popgun arm he had, even before he got hurt. And nobody took him seriously. But, at least the guy completed a high percentage of his 5-10 yard passes. When, like Sanchez, you only throw 5-10 passes and STILL can barely manage to complete 50% of them, that's truly pathetic. And that last pass? My God. You can't even throw the ball 40 yards downfield? That play was the very reason they came up with the "uncatchable ball" ruling. did the defender touch Holmes face mask? Undisputed. Did Holmes have any chance of catching that dead duck of a pass? Not in this ****ing lifetime, LOL Holmes was falling backward, away from the ball and the defender had inside positioning. He was never going to catch that lame ass throw, and to just hand the Jets a first down inside the five when it was fourth and what 19?, is inexcusable. |

The Jets have a QB that, in his rookie year, helped lead his team to the playoffs; something that even Brett Favre was not able to do for them the previous year. In the first six games in his second year he has led them to a 5-1 record. You're right, he's terrible. He should be drummed out of the league! Broncos fan, for the record. |

I repeat, I am not a Jets fan. And I can't disagree with your points about Sancez stinking up Mile High last night. He played like crap. And yes, the Jets pulled one outta their a$$ . . . hey, everybody gets one, now and then. But Denver had their shot, and didn't do it. They got the ball back with both time and time-outs. Orton was moving them downfield, but twice on sideline completions his receivers failed to get out of bounds to stop the clock. This forced Orton to rush the offense, which may have contributed to the bad snap, with DID lead to the fumble, which ended the game. Suck it up. The Jets won, fair and square. Move on. Just my , and worth every penny. |

Re: J! E! T! S! Jets! Jets! Jets!
I don't think Sanchez is great. I think he is playing up to his expectations for a second year QB. he is showing progress compaired to last season and that is all you can ask for. I agree he had a bad game, but The Jets won game they should have lost, so no harm no foul.
As long as he doesn't lose the game, the team has a good chance to win every game they are in. There are plenty of Qbs in the league I would take over him, but he's not bad for a second year Qb and if he keeps getting better than he'll be pretty damn good in years to come. |

Save the and for the end of the year. Let's keep this to reality. They have the best record. They have a very good defense. They have a rejuvenated Tomlinson. Sanchez? Jury is out on him and btw, there goes the 0 interceptions. This is the Jets we are talking about here, remember? 10 games to go. Even then, if they make it, the playoffs are not very receptive to them. If there is any possible remote chance they can screw it all up, they will seize the moment to do so.
