You dam right, Tom! Might as well put it all out on the line. I don't look forward to the Bama game either, but one week at a time.

as big a game as UF at LSU is lets not forget the other big matchup:

Alabama at Ole Miss

any thought or predictions?

i think it might be a close one w/bama edging it out

I think Ole Miss stays in it and maybe leads at halftime but Bama pulls away late. I think Bama is a much better team than Ole Miss but Ole Miss has had this game marked on the calendar all year. Also, Houston Nutt has a history of upsetting top 5 teams, he is alot more dangerous as an underdog.

And sorry Gator fans, but the FL vs LSU game just feels more and more like an upset the closer it gets, but I'm sure thats just what Urban wants it to feel like. I still think FL wins but my confidence in that pick is really starting to get shaky.

To be honest, I think the boy has people in BR that are likely going to pick him up,
but if not that's a hell of a hitch. OR maybe he's got a suite at the Royal Sonesta with a TV in it.
OR there are bars with TVs and I can guarantee that there will be some ticketless LSU fans
watching in the quarter.

i knew the game was in Baton Rogue

not much faith in UF education huh

I went to Naw Lens just to enjoy the atmosphere, eat a po boy and muffaletta and get on bourbon street. It was a BLAST!

Unexpectedly, my buddy's Bull Gator uncle came across four tickets to the game! So for face value I was able to go to Baton Rogue! There is a God in heaven. Just like I experienced two years ago, LSU fans were great and some invited us to eat some awesome gumbo and

As for the game, Tebow was the story but Brandon Spikes (our All-Star linebacker) brought home the W more than any other player. 11 tackles, 2 1/2 sacks. Defensively we made Jefferson beat us and Offensively we were gonna run and play conservative until we had to do otherwise.

Awesome game and an amazing time in the Big Easy and Baton Rogue

I think the problem with seeing it live is that you don't have the advantage of Gary Danielsen,
who spotted the jersey tug while he was saying that the LSU DB had played the TD catch poorly,
and as he was saying it, he saw the foul. It has been more than a decade since I was in Tiger
Stadium, but I don't think there is a very big replay screen, so maybe fans didn't catch it either.
I was kind of disappointed that that kind of technique was even used, and more disappointed that
it went unnoticed by the official. It was subtle, but very effective, and just made the LSU DB look
like a bum. LSU's defense was certainly good enough to stop all the other big catch opportunities
by FLA, and good enough to stop all their other drives cold. And everyone knows LSU's DBs are
more than fast enough to keep up with FLA's receivers. Maybe Tebow's roomate thought that was
the only way they were ever going to score a TD. That and a couple of field goals.
Impressive win. FLA's lowest point total in years, probably. I feel like crap about the outcome,
but I have made my comments on fair play twice, so I might as well admit FLA won the game.

Bet winnings sent.

I tell ya, GGainey is alot better of a sport than ME!
