Went back and got two more bottles of the Dickel. I don't think the one I got last weekend will last long

Last nights pour

And yesterdays find. Seemed like a no-brainer; "Tommy's Batch" at MSRP.

Hell of a find. Haven't seen any bookers on the shelves for months, next time I see one near MSRP I'll be picking up regardless of the batch. Although I wouldn't be upset if all I could find are more Country Ham

Ham is good.

The Mom & Pop shop had one more Tommy's Batch...

I need to start buying Bookers and Blantons (has some here and there but never followed them too much). Just picked up a bottle of ECBP (batch 519). Can’t really beat it at its price point (60-70)

Love the ECBP too Pete, every batch I have tried has been stellar.

Blanton's is tough to come by around here, but I managed to snag one from the recent shipment at a local grocery for $59.

Booker's is wonderful, especially the 130+ proof ones for me. There's still some 2019-03 (Country Ham) floating around, I highly recommend that one.

James, you should give the Single Barrel a try. It's around $45 here, and I like it even more that the SB.

Can find Blantons fairly easy in the Bay. I’ll keep my eye out for the high proof Bookers

No affiliation, but Oak and Eden is offering free shipping on orders of 2+ bottles.

https://shop.oakandeden.com/?mc_cid=...eid=2327221b7f

They only ship to certain states though, so your mileage may vary.

Thanks Bob. They don't ship to Illinois, but that is ok, as I generally don't like finished whiskeys.

Why go low when you can do Booker's Teresa's Batch from 2019 at 136 proof?

Big fan, Steve. I've had the BiB, BiB Rye and SiB Rye. Price points around here from $39 for the BiB bourbon to $49 for SiB store picks.
