Found a couple more bottles of 2006 Layer Cake Cotes de Rhone. I was super excited as its getting harder and harder to find them. Currently drinking a bottle right now. Its superb.

'05 Byington Bates Ranch Cab Sauv. My wife dug it out of the cellar to cook with it. Good choice. Worked well in the chili too.

highlights from beer fest, what I can remember:

Shorts Key Lime Pie
Firestone Walker Parabola
Bruery Oude Tart and Black Tuesday
Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout
Goose Island Bourbon County
Avery Dépuceleus
Ithaca Le Bleu and Brute
Rocky Mountain Brewing Da Yoopers (literally liquid cherry pie in all the good ways, unlike anything I've ever had, flaky crust was most definitely a flavor)

I was also happy to get in some beers from a few strangers to Colorado such as Duck Rabbit, Alesmith, Pizza Port(s), Cigar City, Ninkasi, New Glarus and Three Floyds.
