Good morning all and as always, the joe is brewin'. Well yesterday was a perfect weather day for a day of rememberance. We had a great Memorial Day Ceremony at West Point and then I relaxed the rest of the day with Beth and a couple of my brother-in-laws. The NASCAR race got rain shortened and David Reutimann won his first race by default:

http://www.nascar.com/2009/news/head...ner/index.html

Also, the Yankees ripped the Rangers 11 - 1 and they'll be back at it this evening at 2005 (8:05pm) with Joba Chamberlain starting on the mound for the Bombers. I hope everyone has a great week and gets to enjoy a few more favorites through out it........

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and it's Hump Day already. There's not much going on at West Point right now as the Graduated class has moved on and the 3 lower classes are getting ready to go out to Camp Buckner and Camp Natural Bridge for summer. The new freshman (Plebe) class gets here the 29th of June so we have a good month till then. I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys a favorite or two or........

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. I've got a busy day today going from car dealer to car dealer as I have to buy a new vehicle. My 92' Jeep Wrangler thought I bought brand new in Germany is going to the pature. Actually, I'm selling it to the local mechanic so he can rebuild it with a V8 and turn it into a garage toy. I'm not sure what I'm going to buy, probably a new Jeep or a Dodge / Chrysler off of a lot marked to shut down. More to follow once I get home from the car buying adventure. Last night, the Yankees won in Texas 9 - 2 and now share the 1st place position with the Red Sox:

Being that today is Thursday, we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening. If you're close by and have the time, stop on by and join in on the fun. I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys..........

Good morning all and as always, the coffee is brewin'. Well, after checking our a few different vehicles, Beth and I decided on the 2009 Jeep Liberty 4 x 4:

http://www.jeep.com/en/2009/liberty/

We got it for a great dal as Rallye Chrysler / Jeep is on the hit list to shut down by June 7th. It was a matter of what we wanted to spend and they did it. Last night we had a good time at Schlesingers seeing the Thursday night S/BOTL and hanging outside for a while. Israel came down early from Uptown Cigars and we talked about the upcoming TESB Herf & Benefit that is coming up June 13th @ Uptown Cigar. It has turned into a major block party with a good 150+ guest attending. For more information, look here:

http://www.cigarpass.com/forums/inde...howtopic=57443

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys a few of your favorites through out it.......

Good morning all, the Killer Beans Electric Chair™ Espresso is on and I'm about to fry up some eggs and bacon for breakfast. It was good to see the Yankees and the Mets both win last night putting both teams into 1st place in their divisions. The NASCAR truck race last night was rained out in Dover and is rescheduled for this evening at 1800 (6pm) after the Nationwide Series race. Also today, the Yankees play again at 1905 (7:05pm) as well as the Mets at 1310 (1:10pm). Anyway, I hope everyone has a super Saturday and enjoys.......

Good morning everyone and as always, the coffee is on. Well, the Yankees won again and the Red Sox lost putting the Bombers ahead now in 1st place by a game and a half. Today the Yankees and the Indians are back at it at 1240 (12:40pm) and hopefully they keep the streek going. Also today, the NASCAR Sprint racers are on at 1330 (1:30pm) on FOX from Dover, DE. There is plenty of other sports on today as well and the weather looks good for another BBQ day. I hope everyone has a great day and gets to smoke a favorite ceegar or two if you get the chance.........

Good morning everyone and yes, the coffee is on. Well the yankees lost a tight one in the bottom of the 9th 5 - 4. They have one more game with the Indians this evening at 1905 (7:05pm) to wrap up this 4 game series. Hopefully Joba Chamberlain does it on the mound for the Bombers and we take 3 out of 4 games from Cleveland. Also yesterday, Jimmie Johnson won the NASCAR race in Dover, congrats to him and the entire Lowes team. I hope all of you have a great week and enjoy a few of your favorite cigars through out it........

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. Well, it was good to see Joba Chamberlain pitch 8 solid innings for the Bombers giving them a 5 - 2 victory over the Tribe and taking 3 out of 4 games from them in Cleveland. The Yankees are in Texas tonight with a start time of 1905 (7:05pm) and have A.J. Burnett starting on the mound.

Also, I do want to let everyone know that I posted this past Sunday the availability of 4 NASCAR tickets for this Sunday's race in the Poconos. They are still available and if you want them, let me know:

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and I think bagels will be on this morning's breakfast menu. Well, the Yankees lost last night to the Rangers 4 - 2 and they'll be back it one more time today with a 1305 (1:05pm) start. With that loss and Boston's win, we are now tied for 1st place with the Red Sox. I have a feeling that this is how it's going to be for the entire season, back and forth from 1st to 2nd with the Sox. Anyway, today being Thursday, we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening enjoying primo sticks and catching up on the weeks news. Stop on by if you're in the area and join in on the fun. If not, I hope you have an enjoyable evening you get to smoke a primo stick or two........

Good morning all and as always, the coffee is on. Well, the Yankees win another one in the 8th with a clutch homer by Melky with a final score over Texas, 8 - 6.

http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/news/...=.jsp&c_id=nyy

Tonight they take on Tampa Bay at 1905 (7:05pm) with C.C. Sabathia on the mound. This weekend the NASCAR Sprint Cup racers will be in Long Pond, PA (Pocono Raceway). Beth and I will be heading up there early Sunday morning for the race that starts at 1300 (1pm) which is looking to be a nice weather day for a race. I hope everyone has a great weekend and gets to enjoy a couple of your favorites throughout it.........

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Doog, you should be joining us as we're takin' off in a little bit headin' to the Poconos Race Track for today's NASCAR race. Should be a great weather and we're all psyched for it. I talked with David Patrick (Owner of John Hay Cigars) yesterday who is spending the weekend up there and he said the weather and crowd is great. David said that he's got a booth set up there so I'll definitely be stopping by to see him. Well, I've got to run and get stuff ready so I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys it as well.........

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. Beth and I had a good time yesterday at the races. Congrats to Tony Stewart and the entire Stewart-Haas Racing team for their 1st points race win as a team. For the full story look here:

http://www.nascar.com/2009/news/head...o.1/index.html

Also, I read that the Yankees had a come back eighth inning to win thier game against the Rays. They'll be back at one more time this evening at 1905 (7:05pm) with Andy Pettitte on the mound for the Bombers. Hopefully they keep the winning streak going as they head to Boston starting tomorrow for a 3 game match up. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week and gets to smoke a few primo sticks through out it.........

My beloved Sox vs the Yankees , three games for 1st place. Should be a lot of fun, especially now that the Sox pitching is rounding into form.

Good mornin' everyone and as always, the coffee is on. Well, the Yanks won again last night 5 - 3 to keep the momentum going as they take on the Red Sox this evening at 1910 (7:10pm) in Fenway Park. It will be a pitching duel with A.J. Burnett vs. Josh Beckett, may the better man prevail. I did take a look at the weather report for Boston and they are calling for a 70% chance of rain during the day and heavy drizzle this evening. Hopefully they can get this game in and not have to posepone it later in the year. Anyway, I hope all of you have a good day and enjoy.........
