Last night I had a 20-24oz or so roast prime rib from The Prime Rib here in DC. They age them 4-5 weeks. It was amazing.

A couple delmonicos, super rare, marinated in garlic, montreal steak seasoning, italian dressing, soy sauce, worcestershire, and a few other delicious things. Salad was spinach, onions, tomatoes and cukes.
Ate the whole salad, couldn't get both steaks down, but I put a hurtin' on them.
