If there were no other cigars in the world but the JJ Maduro, I'd be okay. When they are "on", they are far and away my favorite. A close second are Padron 64's. I lump the two together because they are very similar to me in that they both have everything I like.
I smoke more 64's than JJ's because they are a lot more consistant. I like my 64's fresh and my JJ's with about 8 months on them to unsoggy them. DPG Blues are also phenomenal. I just miss the maduro sweetness when I have one. They are easily my favorite non-maduro cigar.

Habana Leon may be Pepin's BADDEST blend ever, Tats included. They pack a wallop with all of that ligero but are very balanced and smooth. Tremendous smoke. |
