I had some on Sunday at the restaurant in the building I moved into a few weeks ago. Pho Mein is the name of the chain. Pho, meh is the unfortunate result. It just didn't have the flavor I was looking for.
Now if you want some good Pho use the recipe I've included in this post. I don't recall exactly why this is a image file, must be a screen shot from whatever website it was originally found it on. Okay, you can't really read it when it first expands the thumbnail, but if you click on it again it will bring it up large enough to read. It's tasty, well worth figuring that bit out lol.
