Odd pairings with a cigar.
I had an overwhelming urge to have some smoked oysters with the DPG CC I had last night. I didn't have any, so I made do with pickled herring. The herring didn't go as well as I thought the oysters might have.

I used to drink orange juice with some cigars, it really brings out different flavors, especially with maduros.

Actually had Oysters Rockefeller with a Cabinetta once, and it was the best Cabinetta I ever smoked. The Dark Lord had the same opinion that day.

Maybe not that odd, but it was for me as I rarely eat and smoke, but at buddies house the other night for dinner and his wife made Monkey Bread, we took it outside and smoked cigars, paired well. |

I don't necessarily think this is odd, but I like to drink fountain Diet Coke whilst smoking a cigar. The taste is amazing. And I don't know why, because I HATE Diet Coke when I am not smoking.

Raw oysters have a nice touch of ocean and brine that would go well with an aged cigar.
I would smoke a Ninfas with a cold seafood platter along with a dry Champagne. Very indulgent to say the least.

Dr. Pepper is my default, but I think smoke oysters would work great with some cigars..
