roasted 2 days ago to city+ - FC+, drip, dollop. GREAT aroma on the grind, some sweetness and citrus in the cup, maybe a tad thin. Good cup. This is the one I screwed up the roast on

Costa Rica Finca Bella Vista at Full City. Roasted 2 days ago.
Very nice cup. Medium body. Juicy mouthfeel, buttered Sourdough Toast and Citrus.

Having a very nice blend today:
70% Papua New Guinea Baroida Estate at Full City
& 30% El Salvador La Montanita Pacamara at Full City.
Roasted seperately 3 days ago. Very tasty. Just the right amount of Spice, Chocolate and Citrus.

& 50% Guatamala Bourbon Finca San Diego Buena Vista at Full City. Roasted seperately.
This makes an excelent blend. They work very well together.

Sumatra Dry Hulled Aceh Bukit

Roasted 2 days ago to FC+, maybe Lt Vienna, Capresso drip, dollop. WOW! So good, sweet spices, nice body. This is SO good, I went and ordered another 5 lbs from SM. Want to be able to share this

Was trying to find what the numbers represent.

Do you think 8,9 & 10 are city? 11 & 12 would be FC? 13 would be FC+?

Mexico Cristal roasted to two levels french roast and vienna. Almost a sweet nut and chocolate flavor.

That wonderful Sumatran, with 4, super smooth, rich and excellent. Holds it's own with eggs in an onion nest.
