Default Storage advice...

Once again I need the advice of the more seasoned and salty member of the cigar world.

I currently have 3 humis, a 75 ct, a 125ct (removed the top tray so it now holds 215, I counted), and a 20ct. They are all full. So now my choices are either drop ~$120 for a large cooler and 2lbs of beads or spend a little more and get a bigger desktop humi.

I can't afford to get a large cabinet type humi right now so I figure the cooler'dor or the large desktop would be a better idea. The only issue I see with the cooler'dor is that I don't really buy in boxes. Most everything I buy is in singles or 5'ers. These makes me lean towards the desktop. However if I should decide to buy a box in the future unless I take the cigars out of the box I can't store them in the desktop.

So what say you all? Should I get another desktop or should I just get a cooler'dor?

You can never have too many cigars, they are like an investment in good times.

I have space in my desktop - just ship your overflow stock to me and I'll "store" it for you.

Depending on how many different sizes and formats of cigar you smoke, you can probably limit the boxes to 2 or 3 different sizes.
- Fewer sizes and shapes will help with placement in the cooler and reduce wasted space.
There are also some helpful suggestions in this Thread: Cooler

It's been said many, many times before when considering cigar storage...

Alright well between the reponses here, and the threat that Emjaysmash made to me looks like I'm getting a cooler.

Thank you all again for your advice.

Go with the cooler! More bang for the buck and you'll have more money left over for cigars!!
