Good Job News

Upon getting something in writing, The DrMS and I are ready to make our employment decision official and public. Starting in the fall semester of next year (August 2009), we'll be beginning new tenure-track jobs at the University of North Texas. We are very excited about starting this new phase of our lives together and are ecstatic to have such great new colleagues at our new jobs.

It's a bit unusual for dual-career academic couples in the same discipline to both acquire tenure-track jobs in the same department. I can't help but think part of making this happen was you all who sent positive thoughts, mojo, etc. our way. Thank you for all the support.
