C&D Sunday Picnic
I like VaPer's but i like VaPer's that have a little bit of Latakia or Turkish more. This is a very good blend with unique taste. I liken it to GLP Piccadilly which is one of my favorites however sunday picnic is slightly sweeter where Piccadiily is smokier. The Turksih and Virginia work very well together and the perique adds another special element. It rubs out, fills and smokes very well with very little moisture if dried just a bit. I give it a 9/10

Re: C&D Sunday Picnic
I would say that those two would be very close to this in comparison.

The Perique in this blend is terrific. This is the one of the best I've had.

Never had Dorchester so i couldn't say. I know that Sunday Picnic as Izmir (which I love) where Dorchester has Kentucky.
