Last Late Late Show
Tonight is the last Late Late Show, it's really too bad, I really enjoy Craig Ferguson and his brand of late night entertainment, he's not a "blue card" reader, his show is off the cuff and where it goes it goes. He's an intelligent guy who has a great sense of humor as well as a great accent.
An interesting thing, Ferguson was a punk rock drummer, and the singer in his band was Peter Capaldi, the current Doctor Who. One of his more interesting / personal monologs, 12 or so minutes talking about his alcoholism... not exactly something you would see Dave or Jay or any of the others do, Letterman would do some personal bits around his health when he'd talk seriously about things but this is just one of many Ferguson MonologRants. I will miss his show and special brand of humor. He does the Celebrity Name Game, a day time game show and he's all over the board on that as well, he makes it worth watching. http://youtu.be/7ZVWIELHQQY |
