Re: Thanksgiving 2013
My family will be up visiting at my place, My little kitchen doesn't even know what its in for.
Got a Huge Oliva V Figurado from at least 2 years back I don't think will make it through the holiday, and will probably destroy my first No. 9, which I will admit I have been looking forward to for a while... |

No cigars for me this year. Heading to three different spots between my family and the fiance's family. Then heading to work for some double time.

Re: Thanksgiving 2013
I would say the Undercrown line. However I've only had the 9 and T-52 of the Privada line.

Re: Thanksgiving 2013
So you like UC's more than the 9 & T-52?
I have smoked my fair share of UC's and while they are consistently good in my opinion they aren't the full flavored haymaker that I am looking for... |

Re: Thanksgiving 2013
They are definitely good. Just not as much personal experience with them as with the Undercrowns.

Re: Thanksgiving 2013
We eat around 1-2 PM in our family. Parents head home around 4:00, so there will be plenty of time for smokes. Not sure what I'll go for or if I am opening any special wine this season.
Going to make potato latkes instead of mashed potatoes due to turkey day and Hanukkah being on the same day. I like to limit the dishes served to make the prep very manageable. Quality over quantity.

Re: Thanksgiving 2013
We do Thanksgiving with my in-laws every year. Brother and sister in-law from Dallas and their 4 kids are here too. It's a good time for sure, there will be some whiskey consumed for sure, still not sure what stick will be fired up, it's supposed to chilly so it'll likely be something quick. Might go to the B&M Friday and enjoy something a little more substantial.
Rob, I love the T-52's, 9's are great too.
