Default Scored this for a watch I never wear

So I got this humi...thought it was a good deal till I got it home and really looked at it. I'm happy with it but it needs work. The bottom door is warped so it doesn't close properly so my cabinet maker buddy is making me a new door. The glass door does not seal either...gaps all the way around...what can I do about that?

Other than that it seems pretty solid, weighs a ton

My cheapie second hand humidor has some thin, 1/4" wide weatherstripping around the inside of the doors. Seems to work OK, I keep HCM beads in there along with a small active humidifier and the humidity stays rock solid at 65%. I replaced the green foam in the humidifier with Water-Sorb crystals (www.watersorb.com) - they work great!

Thanks folks. I dont think its the glass door per se but the hinges keep the door out a bit.
