Default Exercise related hypoglycemia?

Does anyone else have a low blood sugar problem when exercising? I have this every once in awhile and it's very frustrating. I don't have any blood glucose problems. I test at about 90mg regularly. I've cut out processed sugar almost completely from my diet. The only vice I have is occasionally eating a couple Pop Tarts. Last night, I finished walking the dog with my wife and was a little shaky. We started our bike ride and I got real shaky, weak, and broke out in a cold sweat. I had to stop after a couple miles and felt crappy the rest of the night. I did eat those bad Pop Tarts at about 3pm but had dinner before we walked and didn't start the bike ride until 7:30. Anybody got any ideas?

I used to get this occasionally to the point where I've blacked out a couple times, but haven't had any issues in quite a few years. Sorry I can't help, but I feel your pain.
