Goodfella's in Mahtomedi is having an Ashton tasting event on May 8th from 6-8 pm. Each person will receive two Ashton cigars and will be a part of the tasting event. If you are interested in attending let me know and I will tell Fritz to hold a spot for you. Tickets are $10. Hope to see some of you there.

Just expanding on the last post....The Ashton rep will be setting up stations of food. Nuts, fruit, chocolate etc. You will walk around to each tasting table, eat one of the items on the table then puff. The rep will then ask what flavors are prominent in the cigar after you eat each item. Sounds pretty cool.

Pretty damn big Drew Estate / Liga Privada Event at TobaccoGrove on June 13th. Fabien of DE will be there should be a blast. The guys in the pic with Brooks and Charlie at TobaccoGrove are on the left Kole (dude has so much cigar knowledge its insane and is hilarious and Rick one of the owners)

This was a GREAT event with some awesome deals on RP cigars. I am friends with Tobacco Grove (Liked) on Facebook and get updates. There should be some pics from this event posted soon.

I wanted to go but its about a 90 mile round trip from Woodbury and was wrapped up in moving to Brooklyn Park. Saving my pennies for the Liga Privda / Drew Estate Event in June. That I am hoping is going to be killer. Really badly want to get my hands on some Ratzillas or Velvet Rats.

LMAO. Just because its a MN thread anyone listen to the KQ morning show today?

Today they were talking about the DUI sting this weekend and how the state had arrested more people Friday night during the crackdown than any other single night in state history and Philly Dog says "I personally want to thank the state for the creation of those whiskey plates as its easy to know which females are the best to follow home at 2am." LMAO!

Great event last night. Lots of good cigars and info from the Camacho rep. I had been wondering if they would still be making the Corojo Maduro since they have only released the triple maduro. The rep said they are but they are behind on their stock right now, so they will be released soon.

Brats, sauerkraut, beer, scotch, cigars, and a good football game. Also gave away ten nice flex fit Camacho hats, a titanium Xi Xikar, a Xikar triple flame lighter, and 5 2012 Camacho Liberties. Great night.

Another event coming up this Thursday at 6 PM at Goodfellas Cigar Lounge, just off of Century Ave and 694. The Alec Bradley rep will be in talking about the company and any news about products as well as featuring the Prensado line. Which means everyone gets a free Prensado cigar and also chances to win numerous raffle prizes. As I said the event starts at 6 pm and will go until everyone leaves.

Where are all the MN BOTLs? Hope I'm not the only one left here. The Alec Bradley event was awesome. Free raffle prizes included: AB ashtray (white with black AB crown), AB Burner desktop lighter, 10 AB hats, 2 AB cigars of your choice, 1 Tempus gift pack, 1 10 cigar sampler with Lotus lighter, and one white AB T-shirt with AB crown on the side. Sweet night, hope some of the BOTL's in the area can come out one of these events. It's only ten minutes north of St. Paul.
