Chicken legs, wings or thighs are on sale at my local grocer for 99 cents a pound. Needless to say, I'm making something with chicken tonight. Looks like I'm making buffalo wings (or buffalo drumsticks). Thanks for the link

My friend Jamie Carroll showed me this one, stone simple and delicious.
Melt a stick of butter in a saucepan. Empty one bottle of Texas Pete into saucepan, heat to a sizzle, pour on fried wings, eat. Granted, we were smoking a hell of a lot of dope back then, but that didn't mean this was not freaking delicious. |
