That's the first time I've ever heard of any customer service line always going to voice mail. If these guys are on the up and up, then they'd have someone available to answer calls during normal business hours. I say continue with the dispute process with your CC company.

agreed....customer service and straight to voice mail don't work well together!

Sounds to me like it's just some guy in his house selling sticks from his basement. Even B&M's have phones, and at least the 1 here isn't always so busy they can't answer the phone. I wonder what would happen if you called on a weekend (IE hours he might not be at another job).

I've called weekends, right after opening time, closing time always get voice mail. They have 4 options, buy wine, buy cigars, check on your order and customer service and everyone goes to voice mail.

Have you tried calling their "affiliated retail store" in California? 7603202752 if you don't care to look for it.

Got a letter from my CC that they have given me a " temporary " credit while they wait to hear from Cheapass cigar

. I did order some from Famous Friday night and they were on the porch today.
