Rated an F... Maybe an admin should look at their thread here and perhaps remove it pending results of Joe's experience? I would hate to see another BOTL get screwed.

Well I called the credit card co and started the dispute with CheaperCigars. This is the first time I've had to do this. I have left messages with them and have heard nothing. I have called I don't know how many times and got nothing but voice mail. Hope no one else has to put up with this crap.

Now you're telling me it's going to be another week before I have my cigars ? I have left messages on your "customer service" voice mail and " check order " voice mail for a week and this is the first response I have had ? I feel you should ship them to me express mail at your expense and provide me with a tracking number or cancel my order and credit back my credit card. I have already contacted my credit card company to start the dispute charges process so let me now how you plan on fixing this.

I wonder if they sold more boxes than they actually had and are just waiting for more inventory while covering with some flimsy "power outage" story. Hopefully you'll get your money back or your cigars.

My guess is your CC company has told them that you were disputing a charge and that prompted them to finally respond.

Exactly how long did this power outage last? If it had been longer than a day, certainly it would have made the news. I call

I would say that the idea that they oversold and want to keep cashing in could be plausible. Either way, I would tell them to refund my money immediately or I would continue the dispute.

Nice heads up on this.....something about their site seems off to me! Does CA screen vendors before allowing them membership and the ability to advertise? Sounds like a simple google search would have precluded them from even joining?
