I'm looking and have time to wait so the rugar is what I'll end up with. If I can find a place to shoot one and enjoy it. I'm going to hit up WT's hopefully later this week to try some different guns out. hopefully he has at least a 1911 to fire.
I buy a lot from Jim. Great guy with great prices. Where is WT's?

If you go to JR's in smithfield you might actually be the guy that told me about jim. Area you on his list for a rugar sr1911? just wondering what kind of deal he has on it. cheapest online was 619 on a credit card shipped to a dealer.

WT's in on 70 heading towards goldsboro after you pass the walmart at 581 it's probably another .5 mile.

I have a Ruger LCR revolver and a H&K USP Compact .45. I prefer my revolver. Why? Because I only paid like $330 for it, it easily fits in my pocket, and all I have to do is point and shoot if someone is trying to kill me. I plan to buy another larger revolver to keep under my seat. I want to sell the USP at some point, which I will replace with a 9mm or .40.

If you ever want to try something really crazy I have a rifle disguised as a handgun. TC Encore with 15" barrel in 460 S&W MAG. Great if you want to have the shooting range to yourself, I guarantee everyone else will leave.
