Good Luck Brother, That is amazing progress! It's a hard road some of us have to travel, but in the end well worth it.

Thanks for all the positive energy guys! I judt had a tummy tuck to remove some skin. Had two months gym free,but now i am back and ready to prep for the stage! Cant wait!
