heats quick and has temp settings. just got it so other then being cool idk if it will last more then a week

. But so far its great.

yes, im amused by the simple things. That is not having to walk down a hallway with 2 coffe cups of 200* water is amazing!

I bought an electric kettle to use with my chemex coffee pot 3 or 4 months ago. I would never go back to heating water on the stove.
