Down three this past week. So, I am now below my lowest weight since I kept track in my current ledger starting May 2006. Might make it below 300 by SH after all!

Hugh, I just told Weeze how good you were doing and she's happy for you, too. Ya know, if you lose another 100 pounds, you're still gonna be one big sumb1tch. You're a big boy, period. You'd make an excellent outside linebacker at 220.
