Default Spike your Juice...

A friend posted this on another forum.

Ferment your own alcoholic fizzy juice with their packets.

That and a Monster Shot and you can make your own old school 4Loko.

Seems odd....maybe even interesting. What kind of alcohol content are we talking here though?

"Over time the juice sugar content falls and
the alcohol content rises up to 14% vol."

I guess it would be a good breakfast drink.

Homemade prune. Just set the juice by a window and after a week wild yeast will start to ferment.

Yeah, I don't know exactly what the approximate ABV is for the point at which the yeast ends up being killed off by the alcohol it created. That sounds like it's in the ballpark though.

I would like to know how long it takes to achieve this peak of 14%. 3-4 days and it's do-able any longer and well.....nah.

I think I'll just take Mac's apple pie shine recipe and jack it up to a healthy 30% alcohol for the first batch. Maybe 50% for the 2nd. Just gotta find that ideal taste-ABV ratio.

I see this product as a cute novelty more than anything else.
