Mine was like that too, but they did respond to the inquiry and I got my lighters on Tuesday...order was placed on Thursday.

I hope everything works out for you...but I wasn't too pleased with their service as well. I tried calling the number on my statement, and it goes directly to a "No one can take your call...submit via website" message.

Contacted them a 2nd time...tracking number provided and whatever they are sending is currently enroute. I'm sure I'll something else to ***** about by the time the package arrives.

has anyone taken the clip out or tried to take the clip out to make them into a true torch as opposed to the mini-torch I'd qualify these as.

Depending on the nozzle design, it might or might not ever be possible to get a jet flame out of these - you could just end up with a little bit more height on the blue kernel low flame, assuming it doesn't blow itself out on ignition.

I already had a few producing a jet flame on arrival, so I am hoping they can all be adjusted to do the same.

Arrived today...some dings and adhesive all over them. Nothing some WD-40 didn't take care of.

guys, check your accounts. I just had someone try and buy a plane ticket on Saudi Arabian airlines with my card. shnoop is the only sketchy place I have used it recently, so it pretty much had to come from there.

Saw on one of the other public sites that a couple people who used their AMEX cards for this purchase have had fraudulent airline ticket purchases attempted on their AMEX cards. Please take a look at your on-line accounts if you used AMEX for this purchase.

My Amex card was hit with charges for

Turkish Airlines $1275
Air Canada $5500
Amer Airlines $900
All were caught by the fraud dept.
