shell casings make great punches. Use the reamer on your Leatherman or Gerber to sharpen the inside and you are golden for a while.
Diff calibers for diff smokes. loaded ammo.... not so much. Unless you want to punch a bad guys smoke. |

Curiosity is killing me, I'm going to give it a shot this weekend. I don't think I'm gonna try it on an Opus though.
![]() ![]() Thanks for all the comments fellas. For some reason I find this very interesting. The strangest thing I've seen besides the old timer I mentioned is a coping saw. A friend of mine uses one when he's smoking in his garage. To each his own

Often I've used a knife as a last resort, but now I have a cheap punch on my key chain so really it's quite rare i've got no way to open a smoke.
