Humidor Opinions Please........
Well, I have been looking at the different sites you guys have pointed out and looking to purchase my FIRST HUMIDOR
I want to get some opinions if this is good for a starter and anything else I need to know before I purchase. I hope my link works. Thanks Marty http://www.cheaphumidors.com/Merchan...oduct_Count=37 |

It looks pretty sweet. You will definitely need a bigger one if you keep hanging around these parts. But for now that one will do. I would highly suggest getting some humidity beads for that bad boy. You can find them online but in my opinion the best ones are Shilala's beads. Send Shilala a PM and he can get you set up.

Pretty tight! Once you have 5 of these (and you will), you may want to upgrade. I did just last year. Here is the one I got, and she has performed really well!

Sweet looking.... To beat a dead horse, the average humi size IMO seems to hold at best 80% of the stated size... 75 ct may hold 75 RG 43s, but who has all that small a RG.
Beads rule, and Scott's beads at that.

Re: Humidor Opinions Please........
If money is an issue, keep the first one cheap so stepping up to a cabinet won't drain the budget much. Any humidor under $100, like this one will suffice. Enjoy

if you can find a cheap Vino, grab it... you wont regret it.
That being said, I would suggest that your first humidor be at least TWICE as big as you think you will need. That way it will only take you two monts to fill up instead of one no, but seriously, buy bigger.

Re: Humidor Opinions Please........
Everyone here will tell you to buy a bigger humidor, And they are right. But in my opinion you want to get one that you like and looks good because it is always nice to remember where you started. I say get a nice looking desktop like the one you pointed out and then get a cooler untill you can afford a nice cabinet when you have the smokes.
