I heard about this. Apparently it gaining popularity in the UK (the cigarette version) because of thier anti-smoking in pubs regulations. This way people can get thier nic fix indoors instead of standing outside in the cold. Not a bad idea but I don't know if it will work for cigars, I think the whole purpose will be lost.

Why can't people just leave a good thing alone? Is it really necessary to take a cigar and turn it into something for the 21st century?
