Barrel Aged tobacco
So, I'm smoking buffalo trace cigar and am really enjoying it. It got me thinking that I've yet to have a barrel aged cigar that i disliked. I've seen Perdomo videos showing the difference the barrel aging does to the tobacco and it's really fascinating. Obviously the buffalo trace cigar comes from buffalo trace barrels. Buffalo trace use to be my go-to bourbon when i could drink but the barrel aging really imparts a unique flavor to the cigars that is hard for me to peg down. maybe it's the charred oak, who knows? What do you think? Do you like barrel aged cigars like me? I'd be curious to know why. God bless you all!

Re: Barrel Aged tobacco
I'm not sure I've ever had one, Jason. Are (were) the Maker's Mark cigars barrel aged, smoked a bunch of those 15-20 years ago.
