Default XiKar Triple Tech Butane Lighter

What is your opinion on the Xikar Triple Tech lighters? Is there any history out there? I am considering that item as a next purchase. I have been using triple flame Nibos for many years.
Thank you cigar buddies and have a great smoke tonight.

Default Re: XiKar Triple Tech Butane Lighter

It's a good lighter. I like how the jets point inward to form an upside down v flame. It's a tallish lighter and as a triple jet goes through plenty of fuel but I can smoke 3-5 cigars (lights and relights) of a full tank. Nice large flame adjustment knob and a large fuel viewing window. I woldn't pay the MSRP of $99 for this lighter but at the cbid auction prices in the $40s, I like it.
