Kristoff Criollo Robusto Review
$7
5.5x54 Wrapper: Nicaraguan Habano Criollo Binder: Dominican Republic Filler: Nicaragua, Dominican Republic Pigtail cap and unfinished foot Prelight: Dried fruit flavors, apricot and raisin and light cedar flavors 1st 1/3 Dry cedar, dark tobacco, hay, spice, cocoa, slightly hard draw, so far the flavors are muted, dry and plain but smoking cool, medium body 2nd 1/3 Flavors slightly increasing and creamy, sweet wrapper, burn has been off so far. Draw opens up finally. Final 1/3 Earthiness starts up, and the hay describe as a type of hardwood quality. A bit of a harsh edge has developed, cannoning never corrected. Many of the other Kristoff's I've had had more flavor and smoothness. Smoke time 1 hr 15 min Score 6.5 out of 10
