Default Dominican Box Codes

A local B&M has a few boxes of Bolivar Robusto's in glass tubes, 8 to a box. The manager told me that they have been in the store for at least 6 years. Their is a stamp on the bottom of the box (10 DC). Anyone know what this means, is it a date?

Thanks!

Not sure but sounds interesting...I would definitely buy some just because of the age factor, I have trouble letting anything rest for more than a few months
