Default Man O' War Puro Authentico

Size-Corona 5x42
Wrapper- Esteli grown Habano ligero
Filler- Cuban seed Nicaraguan long-leaf ligeros
Strength- Full Body (no really, full body)
Duration- 1:05
Cutter- Xicar
Score- 90

Ordered a box of this AJ Fernandez offering a month ago and decided to fire one up. Flawless construction, slightly shaggy foot, small pigtail cap. First puffs are in your face spice and pepper and it's pretty much unrelenting the entire way through. Burn and draw are perfect, with copious amounts of smoke. Nice transitions midway through reveal some oak or cedar. The strength of this powerhouse is strong, but never over powering. Amazing little stick, that is sure to please the a$$ kicker lovers! Would I buy or smoke these again? Most definitely, but on a full stomach and a cold beverage close by.

Thanks for the review. I really liked this cigar and the size was perfect. Hope they don't come out in bigger sizes.

Agreed, and I think they will evolve nicely over the next year or so!

Agreed, I can't imagine a larger vitola.....that would be a spicey meatball!

Nice review. I love these smokes. As far as them coming out in different sizes, I doubt it.

These are marketed as AJs personal smokes that he rolls for himself. Would be a bad move, in my opinion, to make a bunch of new vitolas. What makes them desirable is the wrapper to filler ratio.

WHEW!!! I got sent one of these by Neens, who must feel sorry for me that I never smoke anything good.
As most of you know, I don't know $hi+ about NC cigars, so I don't KNOW this is gonna kick my a55 until it does.
Fantastic cigar, just a powerhouse with lots of powerful, spicy and interesting flavors. And then you start puffing
it too fast and WHAMMO! It will MESS YOU UP. Read the entire, hilarious story in my blog. sheesh.

These caught my eye since I love some of the other MoWs, thanks for the review. These may be a bit too heavy for me now.

The most reaction I got from any cigar is hiccups. My friends have puked after smoking certain cigars that I smoke with no problem. I guess some are more hardcore than others.
