I thought I had a 26 but another BOTL corrected me and it was a 64. I can't say I was dissapointed.

I enjoy the 26 line the best, both Natural or Maduro. On the 64 line I just prefer the Maduro. All Padrons are great though smoke em all.

My favorite is the 1926 Series Naturals. Although Padron does not make a bad cigar.

26s are just too over the top for me. Too much spice, and not smooth on the pallet for me. Some people love the 26s, but some people also like Opus X. The 64s are by far da best.

Oh you haven't had a 26? Thanks for the info Russ!
The 26 #35 is my favorite - I will send one along with your winnings from our little ALCS wager. Good luck to the Rays buddy.

Re: Padron '26 or '64
I tend to smoke more of the 64s. Probably because the 26s are so damn expensive!!

I'm gaga for the 64 maduro in the piramide
That said, I have a box of 26's that have been in the bottom of the vino acclimating for several month. I plan to take some to a scotch tasting next month at my local cigar bar.

Oh man. Mark with with a stash of 26's and a Scotch tasting. I have a warm and fuzzy feeling just thinking about it. I love all that is Padron. If I had to pick only one though, if I had to make that choice, it would be the 26 #9 Maduro.

Re: Padron '26 or '64
26 over the 64 if I saw the bands but if you gave me an un-banded 64 and told me it was a 26 I would not know the difference I'm sure.
Does that make any sense? |
