Default Working from Home

I'm working from home today since my youngest son is in the hospital, and I'm watching the other kids. My computer desk is next to a sliding door, and when I looked up I saw this doe looking at me. Wasn't more than 15 feet away from me. Since I photgraphed the bomb I got from Smokin5 last night I happened to have my camera on the desk right next to me. Pretty neat.

I couldn't work from home everyday, or I'd never get much done. But occasionally it's nice. Aside from the deer, I ate lunch on the back porch, and smoked a quick LSD Delirios. Plus, there's no ringing phone!

I think the look on its face is a "No, I wasn't eating your flowers...how could you accuse me of that?" kind of look. Pretty cool though. Miss seeing the deer in my backyard as well back home.

She's probably saying, "Tell shilala I'm gonna run into the side of his car again as soon as he gets it fixed."

I've had one deer vs. pick up truck on the highway. It ain't pretty. And it's not good for the deer either.

I ran over one about 25 years ago. Totally wrecked the front of my car. It was about a month old.
This one ran into me. Right into the back door. Left snot prints on the handle and a knee dent in the door.
I have had no less than 1000 very close calls in the last 20 years or so. I watch very carefully, it's pretty intense driving around here, we have like the highest density or deer per acre in the whole world around here. It's crazy.
They're delicious though.
We wrap them in bacon and do a whole deer on the hog-o-matic. It's so good it'll bring tears to your eyes.
