Advice on finding a discontinued cigar

I really would like to get my hands on an El Sublimado cigar again. They stopped making them in 1998. I just remember really enjoying them at them time. I see people here that have smokes that go back a very long time and I would like some advice on my search.

I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope for 10 year old NCs though.
