On a related note, I was approached by a down on his luck fellow while getting out of my car at a client's place today. He told me he needed $8.00 to get enough gas for a friend's car as his mother had passed away today. The story was long and full of holes. I gave him 10 bucks and told him "good luck." Whatever his situation, he needed the money more than me today. I guess I'm a soft touch with cash as well as cigars.

Dear Lord, Thank You.
|
How no one has said "INCOMING!!!" yet, I'll never know.
"Bomb Tom" rhymes, too. You like rhymes. This is so weird, right? I have work to do.

I agree with this. I have more fun with friends having a smoke and a beer on the deck. Even my duaghter joins me on occassion for a cigar. I do not mind giving a cigar to a friend that wants to try a cigar and I try to pick out a good one so they will have nie experience with a good cigar. But, there some that just bum a cigar and wouldn't know the difference between POS and good smoke, they just don't wnat to spend their money. I guess it all comes down to the person in front of you at the time. |
