Working from home this afternoon, so I decided to crack open a Surly Furious to start the weekend right.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
One of my friends at work went to Rochester over Christmas and she brought me back an awesome selection Ommegang beers: Three Philosophers, Witte, Hennepin, Abbey Ale, and this:
Don't think I've ever seen 12oz bottles of these, even when we went to Cooperstown a few years ago!

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
I've only had Hennepin and Three Philosophers from Ommegang. Both were very good. I want to try some of their other beers as well. Good friends you've got there.
I spent most of the day ice fishing, and was ready for a couple beers when I got home. Just finished a Goose Island Honker's Ale. Now I'm drinking a Sam Adams Cream Stout. I think this is my favorite "regular" stout.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Drinking a Founder's Double Trouble. Wow, what a great beer. If you have it available in your area, and like IPA's, go for it.

Had a Three Floyds Dreadnaught IPA and now a Founders Backwoods Bastard.
Both are x100!

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Drinking a Southern Tier Choklat stout. Good, but too much like a chocolate drink and not enough like beer. I've had stouts with some chocolate before, but this is more like chocolate with a little stout.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
It is good. It's a very popular American style Brown Ale from Big Sky Brewing in Montana. It's one of those "definition of the style" kind of beers, when someone asks what an American Brown is, Moose Drool is used as an example.
