Just finished MAX Interval Circuit for the first time and WOW!!! I havent pushed myself that hard in years Shawn T realy brings out the best in you and pushes you harder than you thaught was possiable!!!

Lisa bagged the deal after a few weeks. It was destroying her old knees. She said if she could get ahold of Shawn T she'd tear his throat out, or something on those lines. lol One good thing is that as soon as she bagged the insanity, she immediately started running again. Between the gym, running, and working out at home every day, I think she'll be just fine. She already is fine, ahh, you know what I mean. ![]()

My break night was last night. HArd to get back on the horse tonight, but I did, and added .3 miles to my 30 minute bike time, putting me over 12 miles in 30 mins.
