Re: What did you have for dinner 2nite???
Good luck. I missed the rain by about ten minutes. Tenderloin done and grill cleaned, then the thunder and lightning rolled in.

Thanks for the good luck. It worked - filet is done putting on the blu cheese, bake potato, and ice cream waiting. Got some work to do tomorrow at the gym after my feast.

Tonight we are having Fajitas.
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 Flank steak and 2lbs of 15-20 shrimp marinated in a cilantro and garden pepper oil marinade. Grilled veggies and homemade refried beans with corn tortillas and flour tortillas. My favorite Sunday meal.

Just picked up the girls from bio-dad and stopped for homemade peach icecream at a small farm stand off the side of the road. Not the healthiest of dinners but man its yummy.

A big Eagle Lake trout prepared with garlic, paprika and butter and cooked on a Weber and steamed sun squash from the garden and a wild rice medley. Paired with a good California Sauv Blanc. Life is good.

What I like to call the man meal.
Grilled Ribeye rubbed with cracked black pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder and sea salt topped just a little with a little mixture called yumyum sauce and fresh corn on the cob After dinner had a glass of Peach Tree Black River Gumbo ale with a nice cigar.

Re: What did you have for dinner 2nite???
LOL, A ribeye theme tonight.
Ribeye rubbed with olive oil, cracked black pepper and a little garlic salt, flame seared to rare and a nice butterleaf salad with tomato, avocado and those neat tortilla strip toppings. Extremely good.

Re: What did you have for dinner 2nite???
Still recovering from wisdom teeth surgery so I had BBQ pulled pork mixed with fresh mashed potatoes my girlfriend made. It was pretty good considering I haven't had any meat since Thursday.
