Cholesterol hit 200+ - I'm back on steel cut oats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Damn. I need bacon.

Jeepers, 'smash. I was going to take a picture of my salad but, after that, forget it.
There is a Peterson chruchwarden on the cover of the new J. Peterman catalog. I left a copy on the front porch of the lodge.

Re: Looking for the New Moo Lounge......Little Hel
Costa Rican roasted to city; steel cut oats, possibility of working around the yard; and staring at the worlds largest coffee cup - a gift to Mrs. Moo for her birthday. Merciful Minerva - she put fruit in it!
The lounge is quiet. There is a shortage of dues-paying hillbilly thugs this morning. Maybe a new video in the entertainment center will perk things up!

On an eco tour in Costa Rica years ago, I stopped at a coffee plantation and remember clearly how the tour guide was saying how much better the coffee was light roast. I guess city roast is best?

Tastes and opinions will differ but nobody can say their low-priced CR Taz isn't good, and a good bargain to boot.

The 3.80 a pound is what scared me off of a 5 pound bag.
I figured maybe it was too good to be true, but am glad it has your blessing. One of the greatest things I have found about home roasting is, besides the price being a 3rd of roasted, you can keep a good variety on hand without worrying about spoilage. The Freshroast is great as one roast covers about a day or 2.
