Good, Scott!

I was at zero this week too, Dan.

Zero is better than a gain. I made some mistakes this week, so I knew it wasn't going to be positive. I just remember to adjust and keep at it. Looking good for this week so far!

At 235 now from 217.............at my last check in from my trainer I was at 229 and of the 12 lbs of gain 9 of it is lean mass so only 3 lbs of fat gain. Another 5 to 6 lbs and I will switch programs again to fat loss and drop off 10 to 12 lbs of fat.

I went from 1600 Kcal a day of food and tons of cardio and weight training to 3200 to 3500 Kcal a day and solid weight training program.

The key for me is to put enough muscle mass on to be able to live in that 2,500 Kcal range comfortably and just be in maintenance mode. The goal is by Christmas which is one year from my 297lbs and 30% body fat.

Currently sitting at 235 lbs and 17.5% body fat.

It is tough going but I am happy with my results and the bulk is starting to show a bit and hell looking good makes you feel good too.

Evening Gang - I have been traveling for a couple weeks - meetings and more meetings, that's why I haven't even logged on here. Will do a weigh-in on Tuesday and post. It is so hard to eat correctly on the road. I hope everyone stays strong this week!

222.4 today. Coming down nice and slow.
I'm eating whatever I want, just not eating all of it at once. I'm drinking tons of water, too, but I have to cause of my meds.
They're helping a lot.

On another trip today - weighed in this morning at 259 lbs. Not much of a drop but considering all the trips I will take it!

Scott, Travis, you two stick with it!
Glad to hear that it's still positive motions for both of you.

I'm a little dreadful about tomorrow's weigh in for me. Haven't been focused lately, and worried that it is going to show. Too many issues going on, and I've been eating 'double portions' at dinner...

Gain or loss, I need to get back on track and pay more attention.
I've already started wearing the cheapo pedometer so that I pay more attention.

Lost another pound this week. I'm now down to 257 which is a loss of 20lbs! The state fair hurt me yesterday with all the deep fried stuff, but I got plenty of walking done there too.

Only .8 though!

Time to kick back in, and push more vegies.

I haven't checked my weight, but my woman told me I was getting skinny again, so it must be showing. She got an extra helping of shilala for that comment.

Thanks for the encouragement!

Salad and water are my friends! I have cut out the majority of my Diet Cokes though I still have 2 or 3 a day.

Started on the bike every other day this week for 20 and walking all 5 dogs so I hope to drop some more for my Tuesday weigh-in.

I travel to DR for work next week, hopefully can avoid the fatty foods and find a scale!

221 today. Still headed backwards. I'm just drinking tons of water, is all.
I've finally gotten used to drinking plain old water to the point where I like it. I haven't even been buying the Aquafina grape water that I used to lose all the weight last year. I'm real happy with the progress.

went up to 196 from 192 but I'm not too concerned, just need an extra day or two cardio and it'll work itself out. It's been 5 months and I've kept all but 4 pounds off of the 58 I lost. I'm a happy fella.

Encouraging news this week, fellas. Stay at it. I'll report in tomorrow, but I've had plenty of activity this week with the State Fair and Cub Scout camp. I killed some fair food this week, but have done a lot of walking to make up for it.

I saw 218.2 for about a minute. I've been going to the gym with Lisa for the last couple weeks, just 20 or 30 minutes on the bike, then 20 or 30 on the treadmill. It's helping a lot.
Aside from that, I'm just not eating everything I can stuff in my face and I quit eating whether my plate is empty or not. I've been eating lots of healthy cereal and I drink a ton of water every day.
It's going really well, especially considering it's gotten cold and I'm not very active. Little steps.
